WELCOME
In this magazine, you’ll learn who we are, what we do, and what drives us.
“The more deliberately a person proceeds, the more effectively chance hits them!” This line from german writer Friedrich Dürrenmatt is both motivation and challenge for us. After all, we’ve made it our mission to reduce the impact of chance on operational planning and processes as much as possible. Companies run millions of these processes every day—under high complexity and enormous time pressure.
As a consumer, you hardly ever see these processes. And if you do, it’s usually only when something goes wrong. Like when your order doesn’t arrive on time, or a product doesn’t meet the quality you expected. In that case, somewhere in a huge supply and production chain, a mistake happened—and its effects reach all the way to you. You’re disappointed. And the company you’re disappointed in is also disappointed, because you’re disappointed.
That’s exactly why INFORM exists. We help companies design their processes, so nobody ends up disappointed. Because our software runs, plans, and orchestrates these processes.
To do that, you need specialized technology and a creative company culture. But above all, you need people who are curious, enthusiastic, and just crazy enough to dive into customers’ tricky, multi-layered, complicated processes, while also being ambitious enough to manage them as well as possible with specialized software.
How all of this connects, how INFORM became a decision finder, a master of complexity, and a planner of the unplannable—and what any of it has to do with you—you’ll find out in this magazine. Nicely organized from A to Z.
